Privacy policy

What we collect

Account: email address, nickname, and a hashed password.

Orders: the name, phone number and delivery address you give us, plus your order history, payment status and the on-chain transaction IDs of USDT payments.

Support: the messages you send us in the chat.

Technical data: pages and sessions on this site, referral and campaign parameters (UTM), a country signal derived from your connection headers, and device/browser type. We do not run advertising networks or third-party tracking pixels, and we never see your card data because we do not take card payments.

Why we use it

To take and fulfil your order, to verify on-chain payments, to answer your support requests, to keep the store from being abused, and to see which pages actually help buyers.

Legal bases

Contract: everything needed to take, pay for, ship and support an order.

Legitimate interests: fraud and abuse prevention, and first-party analytics that keep the store working.

Consent: optional things stored in your browser, such as your language choice and the chat widget state.

Who else handles data

On-chain verification looks up the transaction you sent us through a public TRON explorer API — public blockchain data, nothing personal.

Our hosting and infrastructure providers process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal data. We disclose to authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Orders and payment records: 24 months, for accounting and dispute handling.

Support conversations: 12 months.

Analytics events: 24 months.

Account data: while the account exists. After a request to delete, records are removed or anonymised unless we must keep them to satisfy a legal obligation.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it for analytics. Message the chat, say what you want, and we answer within 30 days. Deleting an account removes your profile; order records we are required to keep stay, with the personal parts minimised.

Cookies & browser storage

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, a cookie for your language choice, and local storage for the chat widget. Analytics runs first-party on our own database. No advertising cookies. Clearing site data in your browser removes all of it — you will be signed out and asked to confirm your age again.

Where data lives

Our servers may sit outside your country, so using the store can mean transferring your data across borders. We keep that to what is necessary to run the store, and blockchain data is public by nature.

Age

The store is for adults (18+, or 21+ where local law requires). We do not knowingly keep data from minors — if a minor has used this store, contact us and we delete the account.

Changes & contact

We update this page when our practices change and the effective date moves with it. Substantive changes are announced on the storefront.
