Circles, deposits and balances

A circle pools several buyers into one order to reach the group price.

The deposit is fixed per product and is paid when you join; it locks your spot. The balance is the group price minus the deposit, and it is due once the circle fills.

If the circle expires, or we cancel it, every paid deposit is refunded in full.

Orders

An unpaid order closes automatically after 72 hours and costs nothing; you can join again at any time.

We may cancel an order and refund what you paid if the destination cannot legally receive this category of goods, or if the product cannot be sourced. We will always tell you why.

Payment (USDT, TRC-20)

We currently take payment in USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20) only. The payment page shows the receiving address and the exact amount.

Send the exact amount on the TRC-20 network; on-chain fees are yours. A transfer on another network, in another coin, or to another address cannot be recovered by us.

On-chain transfers are irreversible and there are no chargebacks. Payment is matched to your order once it is confirmed on-chain.

Never send funds to an address given in chat or by a third party — only the address on your own order page is ours.

Delivery

Shipping is included in the price. Parcels leave in plain, unbranded packaging once the circle has filled and the balance is settled.

The shipping queue can take time; if it runs past 14 days you can nudge us in the chat. Delivery times after dispatch depend on the carrier and customs and are outside our control.

You are responsible for giving a correct address and for knowing whether your country allows the import of this product category. If a parcel is refused or destroyed by customs we will work with you case by case, but a seized parcel is not automatically refundable.

Refunds, returns & repairs

Refunds are sent back the way you paid; USDT refunds are transferred on-chain by hand and can take longer than a card reversal.

For hygiene and safety, a delivered doll cannot be returned or exchanged once it has been unpacked or used.

If a product arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us immediately with photos or a short video. We arrange a repair or replacement case by case. Damage from misuse, or normal wear and tear, is not covered.

Age & acceptable use

You must be 18 or older (21+ where local law requires) to order. Orders placed by minors are cancelled and refunded.

Products are sold for personal, lawful use by adults. Reselling them as new, or using this store to break the law, ends the agreement.

Liability

Products are adult items and must be used per their instructions. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse.

We are not liable for delays or losses caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Where we are liable, our liability for an affected order is limited to what you paid for that order.

These terms may be updated; the version on this page applies, and continuing to use the store means accepting it.

Most problems are solved in the chat — write to us first and give us the chance to fix it. Unresolved disputes follow the law of the seller's jurisdiction.
